Even if there doesn’t appear to be any availability for your preferred dates, feel free to contact us directly through our contact us page. Sometimes, we have openings and we may be able to accommodate you.
Tiny houses are $125/night plus 12.5% lodging tax.
- City of Portland: 6% (5% to City general fund; 1% to Travel Portland), and
- Multnomah County: 5.5% (2.5% Convention Center Phase II, .275% hotel operators, 2.725% Convention Center Phase I)
- Oregon transient lodging tax: 1%
All tiny house reservations require a valid credit card. Your card will be charged at the time of your reservation.
Daily tiny house rates include water, sewer & electric, and wifi. Our rates are based on two- person occupancy. There is an additional charge of $25.00 each person/ day for extra guests over the age of 10 years old.
There is a two day minimum stay during weekends and certain holidays. We’ll sometimes allow last minute one day bookings on weekends if there’s availability.
Once you’ve registered for a room, we’ll send you an email that will include information about accessing the tiny house that you are reserving. This email will include a pin code that you will use to enter in to the property as well as a pin code that you will use for tiny house.
Check In and Check Out Times
- Check in time is 4:00 p.m.
- Check out time is 11:00 a.m.
If you need to cancel, you are required to cancel seven days in advance. If you cancel seven or more days in advance, you qualify for a full refund. If you do not show and fail to cancel your reservation, you will be charged the full fee for your stay.
To cancel a reservation, you must notify us by e-mail (email@example.com). We will confirm within 24 hours. If you do not receive confirmation of your cancellation within 24 hours, please telephone us at 503-288-5225 and leave a message.
